This Shipping Policy applies to all lighting products, fixtures, lamps, and accessories purchased from Zarellon and shipped within the United States. All shipping timelines, estimates, and calculations are based on the customer’s location within the United States, and all pricing and financial references are processed in USD. If payment is made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are not controlled by Zarellon.
Products Covered by This Policy
This policy covers all products available from Zarellon, including indoor lamps, outdoor lighting, decorative fixtures, LED products, and all related components. Every item on our website qualifies for shipping under this policy without exception.
Order Processing and Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 18:00 PM (GMT-5) from Monday to Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day. Zarellon does not process or dispatch orders on weekends or on recognized United States public holidays, as our fulfillment centers operate strictly on business days.
Handling Time
All lighting products require a handling period of 1 to 3 business days, during which your order is prepared, verified, safely packed, and transferred to the appropriate carrier. Handling takes place exclusively from Monday to Friday, and no handling occurs on weekends or federal holidays. Fragile lighting products may undergo an additional packaging quality check to ensure safe transit without extending the overall handling window.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within a 3 to 7 business day transit period. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday only and are subject to carrier schedules, weather conditions, and regional logistical variations. Most customers receive their lighting products within the estimated delivery window, though remote areas may experience slight delays.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
When combining both handling and transit periods, customers can expect their lighting order to arrive within an estimated 4 to 10 business days. This range reflects the necessary time required for both safe preparation and secure transportation of lighting products, including fragile or oversized lighting fixtures.
Shipping Cost
Zarellon proudly offers free shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum purchase required. This includes all lighting items regardless of size, weight, or category. Customers will not incur additional charges for standard shipping services.
Currency Information
All shipping charges, financial transactions, and order values are calculated in USD. Customers who pay using another currency may experience currency conversion fees or exchange-rate adjustments issued by their bank or payment provider, and such adjustments remain entirely beyond the control of Zarellon.
