This Return & Refund Policy applies to all lighting products, including lamps, fixtures, bulbs, LED accessories, and decorative illumination items sold by Zarellon to customers located in the United States. All refunds and financial adjustments are processed in USD, and customers who originally paid in a different currency may observe exchange-rate adjustments or additional fees from their financial institution, which remain outside our control. By purchasing from Zarellon, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Zarellon accepts returns for both defective and non-defective lighting products, provided the item is in new condition and returned with all original packaging, protective materials, installation hardware, instruction manuals, certification labels, and accessories. Returns must be initiated within a 55-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of lighting products, items showing installation marks, wiring modifications, electrical alterations, damage from improper setup, or signs of use may not qualify for return.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are welcomed for eligible lighting items. Customers may request an exchange for a different style, color temperature, brightness level, fixture finish, or for a replacement item if a defect is discovered. Exchanges follow the same 55-day timeframe and new-condition requirements as returns. Products that have been installed or modified cannot be exchanged unless the issue is related to a manufacturer defect.

Return and Exchange Procedure

All returns and exchanges are carried out by mail only. To begin the process, customers must contact our support team at info@zarellon.com to obtain return authorization. After your request is approved, a return label will be provided for you to download and print. Lighting products should be repackaged carefully using the original foam, inserts, and protective materials to prevent breakage during transit. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval may experience delays or complications in processing.

Return Shipping Costs and Fees

All return shipments are provided at no cost, whether the lighting product is defective or returned for personal preference. Zarellon charges no restocking fee, even for fragile or oversized lighting items. Customers are responsible only for securely repackaging the item to avoid transit damage. Items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging may affect eligibility.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once the returned lighting product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 18 days. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. After the refund has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to release funds, depending on their internal timelines.

Additional Currency Information

All refunds are issued in USD. If the original transaction was paid in another currency, your financial institution may convert the amount using its own exchange rate and may apply foreign transaction fees. These fluctuations are outside the control of Zarellon.
